The Role

As a Senior Stylist at Kobe Cut Hair, you will:

• Deliver high-quality hair cutting, styling, colouring, and chemical services to a diverse clientele.
• Conduct thorough, personalised client consultations to understand their vision and recommend suitable styles and home-care products.
• Mentor and support junior team members when needed, contributing to a positive salon flow.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming salon that reflects our brand's standards.
• Stay up-to-date with current trends, techniques, and industry innovations.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Trade qualification (Certificate III in Hairdressing or equivalent) with proven experience working as a Senior Stylist.
• Technical Skill: Strong foundation in modern cutting, colouring, and styling techniques.
• Customer Focus: Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional approach to client care.
• Team Player: A positive attitude, reliability, and a desire to contribute to a collaborative salon culture.
